For the best rates guaranteed on your South Coast accommodation, it’s always best to book directly with us. If you happen to find a cheaper rate on any of the booking platforms, let us know — we’re more than happy to match it.
Booking directly also gives you added flexibility when it comes to cancellations or changes. While we do have a standard non-refundable period, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your trip within that period, we’ll always do our best to rebook the dates for you. If we’re able to rebook them, we’ll offer you a refund or credit for a future stay — because we believe in making travel a little easier and more personal.
Cancellation Policy
We completely understand that life happens and plans can change — that’s why we do our best to be as flexible and supportive as possible when it comes to cancellations or rescheduling your stay.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

If your request is made more than 30 days before your scheduled check-in, we’re happy to offer a refund, minus a 10% service fee to cover administration and merchant costs.

If it’s within 30 days of your arrival, we will actively try to rebook those dates for you. If we’re successful in securing a new booking, you’ll receive either a refund (minus the 10% service fee) or a full credit to use toward a future stay at any of our properties. We’ll always do our best to work with you.​

For added peace of mind, we also have a special policy in place for major disruptions such as COVID-19, bushfires, floods, or other natural disasters. If you're unable to physically reach the property because of official road closures or government-issued travel restrictions, we’ll issue a full credit to rebook at a later date. However, for all other scenarios not related to travel bans or access issues, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. This includes loud music, voices, or any other disturbances. Quiet time helps ensure everyone nearby can enjoy a good night's rest.

Be respectful of our neighbours at all times. This property is part of a community, and we appreciate your help in keeping things friendly and considerate.

Pets are not permitted at this property. We love animals too, but for the comfort of all future guests, we ask that you leave your furry friends at home.
